The apartment has stunning views over Mahon Harbour and is situated in the charming small town of Es Castell, which is a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport.

The apartment is newly built to a high specification and will sleep up to five (one single bedroom, king sized double with an en-suite and a standard double bedroom).  There are four balconies and a very large roof terrace.  The apartment covers the 2nd and top floor.  There is also a swimming pool.

Es Castell has several good supermarkets, a wide variety of restaurants and bars and an excellent chemist, all of which are open all year round.  The climate is similar to main land Spain.

The rates are as follows:

Jan - Apr     £400.00 per week

May - Jun    £500.00 per week

Jul - Aug      £600.00 per week

Sept - Oct   £500.00 per week

Nov - Dec   £300.00 per week

The price includes all linen, towels (except beach and pool), utilities, use of pool and garage.
