Suckling Pig Evening on Friday 12th September 2008

Succulent suckling pig is a particularly special Romanian dish.  We take it off the bone and fill it with a gorgeous secret stuffing.  It is extraordinarily tender and sweet along with carefully chosen starters and puddings and coffee, it should be a memorable evening for you.

Priced at £36.95 all you have to think about is choosing a superb wine from our large and varied selection.

Norfolk Rare Breeds Dinner on Wednesday 8th of October 2008

When you hear the term rare breeds it conjures up the image of a breed of animal about to go into extinction.  Rare breeds, although not common, are found in smaller quantities which means they are produced with an amazing amount of care which results in a much more intense flavour.  On top of this profusion of different tastes you are helping the breeders by providing finance to continue and strengthen the breed.

For starters we will be smoking specially selected cuts of rare breed meats and for main course we will be serving succulent  roasted sirloin with a delicious sauce and fresh local vegetables.

This evening is priced at £38.95 per head and includes the starter, main course, choice of pudding and coffee, so all you have to think about is the wine that you choose to accompany the meal

Children's Evening on Wednesday 29th of October 2008

'For one night only we have decided, with some trepidation to throw our doors open and allow parents to bring their children to the restaurant to experience fine dining'

In my column in The Eastern Daily Press Magazine, I wrote about the etiquette of taking children out to dinner.  Whilst covering this subject it made me realise that it is difficult to teach children how to behave when they are taken out to dinner, without giving them the first hand experience of fine dining.

For the young adults we will be offering our normal menu at a reduced price of £16.95 per head.  Sorry but Mummies and Daddies will have to pay normal price!

Jazz Evening on Wednesday 12th of November and Wednesday 19th of November 2008

'Owing to popular demand we see the return of our jazz evenings'

You will have the opportunity to listen to Ella Fitzgerald and Billie Holiday type songs whilst you enjoy a three course dinner finished off with freshly ground Columbian coffee.  There will be a choice of starters, main course and pudding.

This evening is priced at £44.00 and includes everything but the wine that you choose to accompany your meal.
