This weekend is from Friday 18th May to Sunday 20th May (other dates are available) for up to 5 couples.
On your arrival on Friday evening the weekend will start with a check in and a complimentary glass of champagne. Enjoy a relaxing dinner (starter, main course, pudding and coffee) in our restaurant Friday evening.
After a good night's sleep, enjoy a relaxing breakfast and then to the kitchen for morning coffee with Mark the Head Chef and then some cooking. Mark will show you how to fillet and prepare fish as well as the skill of making a tasty risotto. Enjoy a delicious lunch before returning to the kitchen for an hour to do some chocolate and canapé work.
The rest of the afternoon is yours. Dinner Saturday night is your choice, you can join us at By Appointment for an additional charge of £32 per head or if you prefer you are at liberty to eat elsewhere.

Gardening / Bee Keeping Weekend
This weekend is from Friday 25th May to Sunday 27th May (other dates are available) for up to 5 couples.
On your arrival on Friday evening the weekend will start with a check in and a complimentary glass of champagne. Enjoy a relaxing dinner (starter, main course, pudding and coffee) in our restaurant Friday evening.
After breakfast on Saturday morning transport will be arranged for you to our Victorian Walled Kitchen garden at Morley St Botolph. This weekend is not so much a demonstration / instructional weekend but a more hands on weekend! Many of you are aware that our kitchen garden is in the birth stage and you will be joining us on the beginning of our journey. There is still a lot of planting out to do, although we have planted a herb bed, espaliers and some of the box hedging. After a hard morning's work enjoy a relaxing lunch. In the afternoon there is a chance to have a look in our 5 bee hives (protective clothing supplied, although weather permitting) or you are welcome to spend more time in the kitchen garden. Transport will then be arranged back to the restaurant.
